Skimmers
There are several skimmers for the pool. Each of the skimmers should have a plastic bottle in it which is intended to keep the skimmer from cracking if there is a buildup of ice during the winter.
Remove plastic bottles
Remove all large debris and vacuum out skimmer pots
Clean skimmer baskets, put them back in skimmer pots and install covers
